DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
Placing Your Order
Once you place your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you. We aim to process all orders within one to two business days, except on weekends and holidays.
Dispatching Your Order
We understand that receiving your order quickly is important to you, and that's why we aim to deliver your items within two to four days after you've placed your order. When your items are shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. For smaller items, you will receive full tracking information, but for bulk or international deliveries, our team members will contact you separately and keep you updated throughout the process. Our couriers will also contact you directly, using the information you provided at checkout, even after dispatch from our company warehouse.
We always try to ship all items together, so you receive them on the same day, but we can't guarantee that all items will be delivered together. This depends on the courier and the size of your items.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
We know that sometimes you may not be available to receive your order, but we want to make the delivery process as smooth as possible. For smaller items, our couriers will make additional delivery attempts if the first attempt is unsuccessful. After that, you will be charged for any redelivery attempts. For larger items such as furniture, if a delivery date has been agreed upon and you're not available to accept the items, a redelivery charge will apply.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within seven days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full amount minus the shipping costs for the return. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If you have fragile items, it is your responsibility to ensure they are carefully packaged for transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address such issues swiftly and on a case-by-case basis to find a satisfactory solution.
